Description

Biochem/physiol ActionsConverted to cordycepin 5′-triphosphate. It is incorporated into nucleic acid by poly(A) polymerase, but because it lacks a 3′-hydroxyl group, it causes chain termination. It can be used for 3′-end labeling of RNA.
